Dosage and usage: To get to most out of your dried herb, you will have to prepare it as a tea. To use, add 1-2 teaspoon (3-5g) of the herb into a tea infuser and boil it in 1 cup of water for 5 to 10 minutes. Add sweetening agents such as honey or stevia leaves accordingly.
