Dosage and usage: Drink 1-2 cups per day (do not exceed 6 per day).To prepare it as a tea add 1-2 teaspoon (3-5g) of the herb into a tea infuser and boil it in 1 cup of water for 8 to 10 minutes. Add sweetening agents such as honey or stevia leaves accordingly.
